Job Description:

As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent for our organization. This position offers flexibility as it is part-time and remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates for various roles, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. This position operates on a commission basis, providing earning potential based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract potential candidates.
  2. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure alignment in candidate selection.
  5. Candidate Management: Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment activities and progress.
  6. Hiring Process Facilitation: Coordinate interview schedules, assist with job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Qualifications:

  1. Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles is preferred. Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is highly beneficial.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment, documentation, and record-keeping.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools to streamline recruitment processes.
  6. Ethical Conduct: Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
